This guarantee covers:

• Severe heart defects

• Liver shunt

• Kidney failure

• Hip dysplasia (severe cases)

• Genetic diseases known to affect Pomeranians

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a covered condition within the first year, and it is determined to be life-altering and genetic, we will offer one of the following options:

• A replacement puppy of equal value (upon availability)

• A partial refund (case-by-case basis)

Proof from two independent, licensed veterinarians is required.

🩺 Vet Clearance & Records

Before leaving for their new homes, all our puppies receive:

• A complete health check by a licensed veterinarian

• Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

• A detailed health record booklet

• A signed vet health certificate (for shipped puppies)

📋 What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

While we take every precaution to ensure your puppy is happy and healthy, this guarantee does not cover:

• Minor, treatable conditions (e.g., parasites, colds, kennel cough)

• Allergies, hernias, or underbites (common in toy breeds)

• Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect, accidents, or improper care

• Stress-related issues from travel or rehoming

• Failure to follow recommended vaccination and care schedules

🐶 Buyer’s Responsibilities

To keep the guarantee valid, buyers must:

• Take the puppy for a wellness exam within 72 hours of arrival

• Provide proper nutrition, housing, and veterinary care

• Avoid exposing the puppy to unsafe environments or sick animals
